Return and Exchange Conditions
1. Return goods within 15 days of receipt.
2. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all parts and components.
3. All items must be in brand new condition, with no damaged or cut wires.
4. Returns and exchanges must use the same service as the original delivery.
5. We only accept returns and exchanges from the country the original order was shipped to. For instance, orders delivered to the USA must be returned from the USA.
Please note: Any items that do not meet the above conditions will incur a return fee. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund using your original payment method. The processing time for returns and refunds is up to 14 days.

Excellent! Most of my furniture is from Yuanshi Muyu, and the quality is truly superb, with a wonderful feel. It's all solid wood. The details are exceptionally well done. Any issues are handled very quickly by customer service; I especially want to commend customer service representatives Lamei and Baxi, who were incredibly professional and responded promptly. The installation technician was also excellent; he arrived on time as scheduled, wore shoe covers, and took away his trash before leaving. Very good.
