Return and Exchange Conditions
1. Return goods within 15 days of receipt.
2. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all parts and components.
3. All items must be in brand new condition, with no damaged or cut wires.
4. Returns and exchanges must use the same service as the original delivery.
5. We only accept returns and exchanges from the country the original order was shipped to. For instance, orders delivered to the USA must be returned from the USA.
Please note: Any items that do not meet the above conditions will incur a return fee. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund using your original payment method. The processing time for returns and refunds is up to 14 days.

The quality is very good, the upgraded bed board is very thick, stable and quiet when laid. I love the detachable skirting board and the adjustable headboard. The only thing that needs improvement is that the legs can be thicker and the side panels wider.
