Return and Exchange Conditions
1. Return goods within 15 days of receipt.
2. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all parts and components.
3. All items must be in brand new condition, with no damaged or cut wires.
4. Returns and exchanges must use the same service as the original delivery.
5. We only accept returns and exchanges from the country the original order was shipped to. For instance, orders delivered to the USA must be returned from the USA.

After choosing for a long time, I finally chose the solid wooden bed from Genji Muyu. The bed is of very good quality and has no odor.
