Return and Exchange Conditions
1. Return goods within 15 days of receipt.
2. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all parts and components.
3. All items must be in brand new condition, with no damaged or cut wires.
4. Returns and exchanges must use the same service as the original delivery.
5. We only accept returns and exchanges from the country the original order was shipped to. For instance, orders delivered to the USA must be returned from the USA.
Please note: Any items that do not meet the above conditions will incur a return fee. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund using your original payment method. The processing time for returns and refunds is up to 14 days.

The delivery was very fast. The technicians would arrange a time to deliver and install the goods one day in advance. The customer service would call back and send a charcoal bag in time after knowing that the mattress smelled a little bit strong. Because I was not in a hurry to live in it, it was empty for a week or two, and there was basically no smell. The customer service was also very good and responded quickly.
